A fully remote culture that embraces flexible hours and its truest sense. While working here, I was able to travel and work remotely across timezones as long as I still worked the core hours (roughly 5 hrs) to ensure overlap with the team Makes time and space to connect with the team in-person during working hours when possible. Strong leadership team that adapt working styles to fit the strengths of the team. They know that they hire smart, talented people and want to listen to their ideas and feedback to inform strategy and company culture. The team is super collaborative and share the same goals of helping people find care and employment - made some lifelong friends in my time here.

The company truly cares about individual growth. Your manager will work with you to create a plan for you to grow. A lot of emphasis on transparency throughout the company. Everyone knows exactly how metrics are looking on any given day. Leadership is also very transparent with the decisions that are being made and why. Individual contributors have a huge level of autonomy to drive projects in the ways they think is best to succeed. A lot of decision making is bottom up rather than top down.
