      I loved having a great team of teachers on my side!

      One teacher was extremely mean to children, screamed at them daily, and never faced any consequences

      Pros

      Super supportive administrative staff. Cedars offers jobs in many different sectors of social work including foster care, juvenile justice, and homeless outreach. The company offers employment opportunities and makes it easy for workers to transfer to a different sector of the company. Supervisors are supportive and easy to talk to.

      Cons

      The only con is that most of the youth and families Cedars works with are going through crisis. This can be a stressful part of the job but the ability to help families in need makes the stress worth it.
