      Flexibility, great company culture, good pay and bonuses.

      Cons

      Smaller company relying on funding caused a couple RIFs to happen and most of the company being let go.

      Unique mix of data science, software engineering and molecular biology. Like the vision (see the website). Fun, startup atmosphere. Really smart people.

      No cons but there's a lot going on. Not a place for someone looking for a slow pace.
