- Great commission structure and clear breakdown - Great established clients to work with, and they have maintained a great reputation with those clients for many years - You learn a lot by being on the floor and hearing other very experienced recruiters and their styles, but also as there are so many opportunities to further learning through courses, events, trainings, etc. - There is very transparent comms about business goals and business targets etc, so it feels very collaborative and inclusive in being successful.
