The IT and Development department are some of the best people to work with ; patient, collabrative, and hard working. In my time with them I grew more than I could have on my own.

Pros

Tons and tons of growth, really great people, and a lot of opportunity if you're willing to do the work to stand out. There are smart people but still definitely opportunity for true winners to come in and stand out. On the whole, a good place and great opportunities for growth in the next few years.

Cons

The mission doesn't come through as much as it could. The focus is largely on the bottom line and not on the fact that this company is making the world a better place, which is a big opportunity wasted. Other than that, there has been a fair amount of turnover because there isn't much focus on employee experience and making sure things are being done right.
