there's a lot of opportunity to build and make an impact supported by leadership, which leads to career growth and development opportunities employees are willing to jump in for help when problems arise. the overall people really make the company! transparency and regular communication form exec leadership summer fridays and education stipend are some of my favorite perks offered

Cons

wearing multiple hats within the start up culture can get tiring but lucky to have such a supportive, collaborative, solution oriented team to make those times easier!
