      Terrible business decisions, doesn't invest in actual growth just ex-CEO's insane rantings, then Private Equity removed him and half the workforce and products.

      Casual atmosphere, great location, friendly coworkers, "flat" management, some room for growth, good benefits (great health insurance, parking/Trimet pass, 401k matching, gym membership reimbursement, etc.)

      Low end of pay scale, limited paid sick days, fairly entrenched business practices, nepotism
