Pros

If you are doing a good job, they leave you alone to do your job.

Cons

The CEO is great at 'sales' either to a potential employee and/or client. The foundation of the business is not present. The CEO has one person who 'assists' with HR duties and they are also a Property Manager. Health benefits very expensive.
