      Pros

      They care about both employees and patients, but also have to remember its a business first. Tiffany is an amazing manager (OKC branch), The owner is a great person to work for. You get a company car too.

      Cons

      Stay on your charting and you'll do fine. Don't let work take over your life. You are expendable to them, not to your family. Can get behind if you are not the one taking breaks off or if you are covering others so they can go in and chart. Just don't get behind.
