      Pros

      The tools and collaboration we receive from around the world is amazing and something I have not experienced before. Everyone that works at our main Scottsdale location is great and the guidance we receive from developers in the UK is also terrific. It is really fun and fast to code with these tools. The office is beautiful and topnotch as well.

      Cons

      The system is very large and rich with functionality which makes understanding how everything works together important when creating something new or when converting older code to new standards. I don't think there is a way around this and there are several here that are available to serve as resources.

      Pros

      Competitive pay & Excellent Benefits. Good atmosphere. Nice office. Ability to work from home 3-4 days a week. No micromanagement. Clear vision and objectives. Good people to work with. Feels like a family.

      Cons

      Plenty of projects and sometimes too many. Rarely a break in workload. Always onto the next thing. Cross training of employees could be improved.

      Interesting Projects. Cool Company.

      Pros

      The work is very interesting and we code using the most current web technologies. I've also learned so much about business and construction. Things I've built have been used to manage construction projects from stadiums to bridges. The office is bright and modern and everybody is very nice and helpful. Lot's of long term staff. CGC has very low turnover and great benefits including the ability to work from home.

      Cons

      It's work and there are deadlines but this is the best company I have worked for. It's so much better than my last job that I can't really think of anything to write that is a negative.
