      Love it here, great team, good vibe and opportunities as people still got promoted in 2024 in APJ/Asia. Typical challenges of escale ups but there's excitement in the growth and solid leadership.

      Cons

      a bit of changes in senior leadership that escalated down in regional teams clearly in average of the SaaS industry. New people on board but solid direction

      - Culture for a start-up company is amazing - Plenty of spiffs and benefits - Very encouraging team members + managers + management - Constant recognition from Managers + management - Travel benefits for Events + marketing + partnership - Involvement for SDR to get leads from these events

      Cons

      - Wellness Benefit is on the low side compared to market value - Phone bill not covered - Onboarding/training could be better
