Control Infotech treats its employees as family members and cares for the career development of each one of them. To achieve this it has a very effective and matured program for training each and every employee for reskilling, upskilling and cross skilling. Thanks to this the employees have planned long careers at this company and even those who have chosen to move on remain grateful to the learnings they received and the congenial and ethical work environment they experienced at during their stay in the company.
Cons
Due to its nature of business where team work is necessary, the company has fewer flexibilities with work timings and punctuality. Also, because of the same reason work from home or hybrid work style is discouraged at Control Infotech.
