      Great atmosphere and culture. Small company, no egos, everyone has access to upper management. Fun and challenging projects.

      Pros

      Management and employees are working in full harmony, in a friendly environment, by using the latest technologies and tools. Open for new ideas, respect the others abilities and opinions. Yummy free snacks and soft drinks.

      Cons

      Sometimes needs to meet strict deadlines. But still achievable. The company is expanding very quickly and trying to scale globally, which may cause some changes in assignment and responsibilities.

      Great company to work at for software developers. This company deals with the automotive industry, but via software, not directly with the vehicles. - Just coming out of startup phase, still very trendy - Actively involved management - Very friendly and inviting work crew all around - Beer (brewed by employees, in house) on tap - Developers take a large role on designing new software - Possibility to work remotely, based on customer support needs

      Cons

      - Flagship projects were hastily written by ME EEs, so there are many flaws and inefficiencies to work around - Due to the vulnerabilities in some projects, new development is hindered for fear of breaking something
