Pros
Cryptozoic is the best company I have ever worked for. Everyone is very passionate about making great games and nothing more. Zero drama, an understanding of the needs of the individual, emotionally and creatively Cryptozoic embodies what every employer in the game industry should be. No management bloat and great transparency.
Cons
As with any small studio, the job can be demanding and require the wearing of multiple hats but never approaches anything unreasonable. Miles more reasonable than companies with mandatory 'crunch time' aka, the management over promised and now workers are stuck working magic. There are really no cons to working here.

Pros
Since it is a relatively small company, everyone knows each other (I see it as a pro, others don't). You learn a lot since your position actually means something in the company. Yes, there usually is a lot of work and you can get overwhelmed at times, but it is very rewarding. Everyone around you is supportive and helpful.
Cons
For me, the amount of work fluctuates a bit. Sometimes I have a lot. Other times not so much.
