Pros
Its grown a lot in the last couple of years but managed to keep the same team dynamics with the growth. Everyone is really down to earth and wants to do a good job and you're rewarded and recognised when you do deliver. Very flexible with working from home too.
Cons
Office space needs some sprucing up and more amenities as there isn't much choice for food, coffee or snacks near the office. Most people are working remotely and only in a day or two every couple of weeks but it would still be good to have a decent space when people do make the effort to come into the office.
