High energy company that seeks and values employee input and contributions. Flexible and responsive executive leadership that focuses on customer satisfaction and innovation. Does not have all the bureaucracy and politics of some larger organizations. Executive team recognizes and rewards team members and treats them with respect and decency. Fast growing with lots of opportunity for growth.
Cons
Sometimes things move too fast and occasionally communication breaks down across departments.

DOCUXCEL is a company that prides itself on the professional and personal development of its people. I've worked here for 18 months, and the leadership and growth of the company have been strong. My voice is heard and my team members are very professional. Over the past several years, the company has recruited a highly experienced senior management team with years of experience in the outsourcing business.
Cons
Company is growing very fast and should continue to build infrastructure when needed.
