The ability to provide for my family by helping homeowners take care of their home, and also training and mentoring others to take control of their income and help others provides extreme fulfillment for me.
Cons
Success is dependent on your effort. If you are willing to work harder than others, you will be more successful than others. It is a beautiful system, but if you are not willing to put in the effort most likely this is not the role for you. This job is an amazing opportunity for the right people, people who want to work hard, who have drive and want to be successful.
