Family owned company. Employee to mid level management care a lot for each other, great to work with, and a lot of fun. No shortage of work.
Cons
Upper management is completely disconnected and mostly focus on side projects/companies. Compensation is well below average making it impossible to attract additional talent. Promises made with good intentions but never come to realization. Ridiculous work load.
