1. Salary is timely credited that is one of the best things ,salaries are never delayed even for a day 2. You get to deal with client and their projects . 3. You get to build everything from scratch with good assistance from the team 4. You get to take ownership of the work which is very much important. 5. Everyone is very supportive and understanding right from CEO , Product Head , Senior Data Scientists and Data Scientists and admin

1. As its still a product based startup on somedays (very few) you might have to stretch working hours

Flexible hours Ownership of work learning path good credit for work surrounded by great minds with healthy competition that motivates you to learn more
