      Fantastic leadership team & great culture

      Pros

      It’s rare to be part of a leadership team that truly pulls in the same direction. Very strong people & culture team, great products, and a services team that makes stuff work - proud to be calling Datavalet home!

      Cons

      While being a smaller player on a market of publicly traded telco giants has advantages like more agility & faster innovation, the workload does sometimes feel daunting.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at Datavalet. I've always felt supported by my managers and have been given many opportunities to evolve my professional skill set and role within the company. My salary increases have been satisfying, The people and culture are fantastic. There is a lot of room to figure out where your skill set and ambition fit within the company and many helping hands to get you there. Benefits are good, as is working mostly from home.

      Cons

      Bonuses have not been very frequent during my tenure at the company.
