      Datica is a great organization for go-getters. They give you opportunities and responsibilities you might not get at other organizations. The team is receptive to suggestions and fosters a collaborative environment. The management structure is flat enough that you can always feel comfortable talking to the leadership team.

      Cons

      Sometimes the ambiguity can be a negative if you aren't self-directed enough.
