      Challenging but fun work environment

      Diverse and challenging projects. Extremely talented employees.

      Cons

      Very tight schedules are the norm. Dealing with inexperienced clients can be rewarding when they listen to advice and collaborate, but it can be REAL painful when they are stubborn and make poor decisions and choose shortcuts that hurt the quality of work and end product,

      Work is engaging, with lots of variety. You get a lot of experience working in many different industries. Consulting work comes with a lot of problem-solving, which can be fun. Hybrid work is very flexible, typically.

      Cons

      Feast or famine. Some days there is not much to work on and other days you must work late to meet a deadline.
