      Idealistic, supports a community of people that truly benefit from inclusive activities and organizations

      Cons

      No opportunity for growth, the director talks HORRIBLY about everyone amd takes no accountability for the way she truly bullies her staff. High turnover.

      Pros

      great population of people to work with! very family oriented staff, minus a few. lots of celebrations and outings. it was a very rewarding job.

      Cons

      Management lacked communication and definitely had their favorites. Never any money to take consumers out into the community per their individualized plans. low pay for many of the services needed to do a proper job.
