The hiring process at Dext was clear, professional, and engaging from start to finish. It began with a quick introductory call with the Talent Acquisition Partner who clearly explained the role, expectations, and next steps. They also mentioned in details the benefits right away, before I even ask. This was followed by a short French language interview to confirm proficiency, handled in a respectful and conversational way. The second interview with the Customer Success Manager was thoughtful and focused on both team fit and role alignment. Finally, I completed a case study presented to a panel of three, including the Manager. The panel was welcoming and gave me space to explain my approach. I appreciated how transparent and communicative the team was throughout—there were no surprises, and I always felt respected and informed.
