Pros
I've been working for DRPM for several years, all of which the company has continued steady growth. I sincerely couldn't think of better people to work for, and with. The owner (Liz) and management are professional and truly care about your well being, beyond just getting the job done. Not to mention generous, we (the entire company) just got back from an all expenses paid three day weekend at a beautiful northern MN resort. How many companies do you know that do that?!
Cons
Tight space working space in some offices/departments, but we are moving next month to a new office with almost double the space.

An extremely fun and rewarding working environment with bright, intelligent, professional, passionate and ambitious individuals. Leadership consistently provides opportunities for professional development and growth. It's never a dull moment at Diedrich RPM!
Cons
If you are lazy, self-obsessed, rude, unaccountable, or plan on just collecting a paycheck while you rely on the rest of the team to pick up your responsibilities, this isn't the company for you.
