Digilock is a forward-thinking company that truly cares for their employees. Everyone is so positive, respectful, and always willing to lend a hand to their teammates. The benefits package offered is wonderful - unlike any other I've seen advertised at other businesses around here. They provide a great Wellness Program, health benefits, and 401k with a 4% match. I love that you can open a Health Savings Account while at Digilock. The company also covers every employee (at no cost to them) for long-term disability and life insurance! I believe Digilock has one of the best benefit packages in the county! The company is so innovative and focuses heavily on being creative and exploring ideas that will grow the business while making clients happy. If a client needs custom locks, Digilock will find a way to produce the tailored specifications they need. I love working at Digilock!
