You can really make the best out of yourself and do brilliant work. I am surrounded by great supervisors, all of whom are extremely wise and helpful in managing our projects. This is a place where push-the-boundaries' work is genuinely supported, recognized and celebrated. Besides that, the data team is also filled with smart and driven people. Most of us come from different technical specialties but everyone here shares a good camaraderie spirit and is willing to go out of their ways to help each other. Most importantly, work never gets boring! Ideas are applauded and the supervisors are willing to implement them or at least hear you out before explaining why it cannot be done. The impact one can make in this industry, especially in the field of data, is tremendous. Our offices are open, well-lighted and fun and not to mention, there is a great work-life balance. We rarely OT beyond unreasonable hours. Best time I have had in my career!
