      Dropps has amazing benefits, great work life balance, and a really wonderful collaborative team. Leadership is experienced and thoughtful. Team genuinely cares about making sustainable decisions in all aspects of the business.

      Pros

      * Emphasizes DEI * Aims to be as eco-friendly as possible. * Management that cares about the company and their employees * They care about furthering your knowledge and career. * They value employee's concern and requests. (they don't silence us with pizza parties) * C Suite is all awesome and accessible (very unlike other companies I've been at)

      Cons

      * Frequent restructuring (nothing too bad) * Team is relatively small and company is growing. It can get a little hectic. Many employees wear several hats, but I know our hiring team is working on that.
