      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn and grow, higher management is very relaxed, job is fulfilling and you get to network alot

      Cons

      When it gets busy (post exam activities period), it is stressful however however besides these 2 peak periods everything else is okay

      Pros

      • The people. Honestly 10/10! They’re like a second family. Everyone is really nice. • The mentorship. You get to learn from people who are very knowledgeable and have lots to teach you. • Creativity. Your ideas are heard and the bosses respect and are willing to hear them out and let you experiment and explore. • Flexibility. When Covid hit hard, WFH and office (hybrid) was in play and even when things eased up, flexibility was offered which helped with a better work-life balance.

      Cons

      For me personally, there is not much of a con other than a salary increment issue. But, then again, to each his/her own. I know generally, employees are given rewards and credit where it’s due.
