Pros

Nice working environment. Nice and cheerful people around. Competitive remuneration for part time students. Can learn many accounting related things

Cons

Office is too cold. Sometimes the work is repetitive, may not be exciting. And sometimes the financial statement analysis is tedious due to the inappropriate accounting measures taken by some companies.
