      Pros

      Relocating to a new country and starting a new job can be a daunting experience, but my onboarding at Eigensonne was commendable. Everyone I've met so far has been friendly and approachable. It's clear that the company places a premium on teamwork and a positive work environment. They also offer remote work policy.

      Cons

      They offer a standard base salary and customary benefits, consistent with what is typically provided by companies in Europe.
