Pros
Stability of job for the most part, decent work life balance, but not always.
Cons
Office gossip rules the roost, bad project managers. No life insurance Bottom tier PTO package. No Vision insurance No dental insurance BAD Health insurance ONE percent 401k match They do not buy good tools for their employees, always use the cheapes materials possible, There is heavy favoritism for the gossip group among management.

Small family type atmosphere where most coworkers genuinely care about each other along with the success of the company
Cons
Schedules tend to be chaotic but this may be results of much of the pandemic
