My experience as a trainee in the lit department was truly amazing. The work environment was incredibly positive and supportive, and the people I worked with were some of the kindest and most lovely individuals I've had the pleasure of collaborating with.
The office itself is beautiful, with a literal view of the sea from the lunch area (and if you're lucky, even from your office!). The work-life balance was great, and they even offer a free bus service for commuting to and from the office, which was a huge perk.
Even though I was just a trainee, I always felt valued and appreciated. The team was very welcoming, open to communication, and it was a fantastic place to network and form lasting connections.
Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend the traineeship!
