Pros
From the leadership, to the office, to the field staff, this company truly promotes a family-first environment. Circumstances have taken me away, but I will always remember the opportunities, friendships and knowledge I acquired here. The president is an expert in the field, and with his open-door-policy, I always had access to the industry-specific and process/procedural information I needed. Nothing can beat going to work at at up-beat, supportive job, and that's what this company provides. Highly, highly respected; highly, highly recommended. Good people work here.
Cons
Location is central, which is great, but it's in kind-of a "rough" neighborhood. However, building security is always implemented, so there was never any danger.

I liked the idea of where the company going and the level of detail that was initiated in the beginning.
Cons
The reputation and risks this company and all of its employees have succumbed to be humiliated by the lack of management and poor ability to accurately and effectively manage projects. When people work hard, they want to be respected. Respected by their coworkers as well as vendors and customers. One leader making unrealistic promises to customers makes the entire company look poor and unworthy.
