      Yearly salary hikes are below market standards, which may affect long-term retention. Expense reimbursements (TA/DA, hotel allowances) are on the lower side—sometimes you may need to spend from your own pocket. Infrastructure is a bit dated, and many processes are still GT-driven (traditional), which may slow down execution at times.
