The team is supportive, and there are good opportunities to take ownership and grow professionally. It is a good environment for people who like variety and being involved in meaningful work.

      Great team of people to work with. Very understanding management. Wide variety of projects to work on. Tight-knit teams where you are able to stand out and you can see the results of your effort. Transparency with company performance and goals in all-employee meetings.

      Cons

      Business casual dress code, open office layout, easy to get emotionally invested in projects due to how much of an impact you have on the project succeeding or failing.
