Pros
Working at Emblazon Events has helped me grow so much more as an individual -- my people skills advanced in a way I didn't even know was possible. You really get to know the people you're working with and your managers on a personal level, and there's such an atmosphere of support and encouragement that even on your worst day, you'll know it's going to be okay. This is the only industry I know of where you are told the way to succeed, the way your leaders and managers did it, and it's not so much an aura of competition as it is an atmosphere that fosters your personal growth and development.
Cons
This business is definitely not for everyone, especially not for people who just barely want to get by -- if you're not looking to grow and develop as an individual and a potential executive manager or business partner, don't bother applying.

*Everyone is excited to be here *There is a lot you can learn *Much room for personal Growth *Alot of opportunity for upward movement in the company if you are willing to work for it

* I have yet to find a single con in the time i have been here
