Pros
Flexibility, great atmosphere, good people. A lot of people that have been with the company 10+, 20+ years. You must be ambitious and a self starter. There are opportunities to do well here, but you have to find them. Very accommodating atmosphere. But they don't outline your work or duties for you, They do not hold your hand. You kind of have to find ways to be productive or improve processes and then be able to explain to upper management what you're doing to make the business function better. Great work culture. Monthly meetings are inspiring, monthly commission lunches if the company meets its goals for the month before.
Cons
You are paid proportionately to the amount of work they require of you. Not very many opportunities for advancement or different paths. Only one path, and you have the kind of forge your own way. There is a pay cap, and then you have to find your own projects to make the company money before you will be paid any more money.
