Pay is near minimum wage, low hours, no PTO or sick days, no insurance, no benefits, no raises, high standards for work, incompetent senior management. I had to deal with sexism and favoritism. Personally responsible for all finances regarding internet, work computer, and office. Expected to work holidays without holiday pay. Uses international labor in order to get people to work for even less. Does not value it's hardworking or senior contract workers. This was a complete dead end of a job. I was a top performer for nearly 4 years and never given a raise, recognition, or any reasonable incentive to continue working. Senior management couldn't provide any guidance or support. This is not a career, this is part-time work at BEST. They expect you to work multiple projects, learning in-depth technical workflows but can't offer $.25 raise after 3 years. I recommend staying away and finding a REAL remote job that offers a livable wage and benefits.
