#Aimst university is famous for workplace harassing. Yes, I was a staff & I left the university because of workplace harassment. They give lot of mental torture to faculty members. If you are at Aimst university, you will come across prof. Rajesh in organisation chart. He wishes all the faculty to boot strap him. If he does not like someone then he creates team to target 🎯 you at the workplace. He frames against the working faculty & creating rumors around her/ him through his team. Workplace rumors are not revealed. I feel strongly, that such inhuman personal should be exposed. Peoples feel that others growth are totally upon them. I do not know why Malaysian government is keeping such morons in high academic chairs & as senate members. I can find better native personalities in Malaysia. Who can very well handle this job. I strongly feel such people / expats should be thrown out & not given such big academic position in institutions. Taking such initiative may save growing / future generations. # Forcing students to join rotary clubs. Since he is involved with rotary club, majority of Students are forced to join rotary club every year against their willing & wish. So, when freshers enter the university their rotary hunt starts. He projects himself as bigotry Rotarian. To sell his products like straw & mask at a higher price to students & forces staff to buy & support him. If you deny or not the choice for buying his advertisement, then you can also be his target. # Removal of employees They had a plan of removing staff well before & executed the same during the pandemic crisis and pushed the dedicated & good staff members to financial crisis. So many faculties are forced to leave because of him & Prof. K.R. Sethuraman. Building team & targeting faculties is what they do. Prof Rajesh: follow dilution principle (means dilution of academic curriculum & dilution of staff) so your kids will get the degree in this institute, but not the standards. #Majority of staff contributions are hidden by prof Rajesh atrocities’ Rajesh is part of advertising agency in Aimst university. You can see the same faces & his team members in university newsletters. He is biased to add peoples photograph. If you want your pics in the newsletter, more than performance in academics. You learn how to boot strap this official thug. They photograph useless things to add bulk to Aimst newsletter.This creates parents to believe in university & send their kids to spoil their future. # Zoom Rajesh! Recently he is nick name as Zoom Rajesh 🏎.. He spends lots of university money to buy zoom software for online class when Microsoft is available for free. He forced students & staff to use the app to save his skin from Aimst university administration. If you use other teaching platforms, then you will be under radar of target. he targeted staff & gone to an extent to remove them from jobs. So many faculties left and made to leave their jobs because of prof Rajesh. & Prof. sethuraman sitting in academic chair to manipulate people and get their things done. Sorry for my bad language!!
