Pros
It doesn't take long to build up several weeks of vacation time and the majority of the people that work there are good people
Cons
There's no longer any loyalty to the employee. They expect loyalty from you, but don't return that same concept. Example - after multiple years of employment at Admiral - as well as over 2 decades of experience in the industry - they hired a new employee with less than a year experience at more money than they were paying me. And, they had me train the new employee.
