Pros
None really, They have missed the most important part of any company. Taking care of the employee's and creating a culture of positive people in a happy work place. These are health care consulting companies who care nothing for people . They take whatever they can to fill their greedy pockets. The health care facilities suffer because of poor decisions of the consulting companies. ( Airamid,Kane,Acomplish,CSS,FSC,FAC,Advance).
Cons
The company has many others affiliates all created by the same people and that is why working for any of them you have the same poor leadership. The company cares nothing for its employee's . Most employee's leave after 1-2 years either because they are let go or they quit. The employee's are all smart , capable and very loyal so they do hire well. Management is beaten down and scared for their own jobs so there is no locality to those who work for them. They let employee's go constantly. 2 emails go out weekly with the names of employee's no longer there. I counted 42 in one month alone. They are in trouble financially and leadership talks a good game but can not be trusted they knee jerk at everything and make poor decisions. They don't consider the suggestions of those they hire to give recommendations and are failing because of it. They are a cover up company with no transparency. They pay very well and above the average so beware there is a reason for that. No growth opportunity. If you work for them remember its only short term.
