Not a bad place to start out. - Service Delivery Manager All Covered Employee Review

Pros

1. Manage technology for many different business types. 2. Exposure to a broad spectrum of technical systems. 3. Nice benefits package.

Cons

1. Probably the worst "management" team I have ever experienced. 2. Not a place to learn management skills - just one example; if a client cancels their service, rather than trying to figure out the root cause of the cancellation and determine how to improve for other clients, the cancelling client is labeled a "bad fit". No followup and no post mortem is done. 3. For a long time, nepotism (forbidden by policy) was ignored where promotions were quick for the relative. 4. Management should be working to get the best out of their staff by understanding what motivates them. When the designated leader is nothing more than a cheerleader, that's a problem. 5. The "leader" rarely returns phone calls or emails to subordinates. A change in local management could turn this around.

Pros

All Covered has made a concerted effort to re-establish itself as a Managed Services Company and move from out from under the umbrella of Konica Minolta US, which owns All Covered.

Cons

Changes are moving moving quickly, yet not quickly enough for the fast moving IT field.
