Love my team - Mental Health Clinician Anxiety Institute Employee Review

I feel that as an employee, I am heard and appreciated by management. I feel that the company culture is to treat everyone as important members of the team, with nobody less important than others. At the end of the day, mental health work is hard and exhaustive, however we always find ways to be positive and laugh.

I can't think of any. An expanding company comes with growing pains, but that's just natural as we have to rearrange our operational needs and focuses.

The team members are generally good people and want to help the clients.

There is one playbook and it is not helpful for all clients but they stick to it.
