Pros
Easy to manage and not much skill needed to run day to day.
Cons
Pay and commissions are very low. Owner is tough to work for. Undermines staff and members. Very shady and low integrity owners and partner. I do not recommend working there. Owner is constantly trying to weasel people into real estate deals. Be careful and cautious when going there. They will only try to sell you a 2 year contract and they will send you to collections for any missed payment which does damage peoples credit.
