Pros

They are very good when it comes marketing themselves on LinkedIn. They pay for overtime.

Cons

They don't live up to what they sell on lindedin(before you join the company ask any former employees for their honest experience). Sometimes advertised job doesn't align to your daily duties. Some individuals like to outshine other people, e.g. They don't share domain because they want to remain important to the business. They have no proper processes in place e.g. The repo is not in sync with live. No deployment processes. No work and life balance sometimes support can be an overkill. Company doesn't seem to care about it employees they hide covid cases instead of making team isolate to protect it stuff. Depending on the team you in some teams are not open to different ideas that could improve business.

We work together, and spend time together as well, outside of work. We have a running club, a soccer club and wellness days. Our Team Members also have access to pamper sessions from external health service providers. If you would like any clarification on the above, please reach out to us at info@betsoftware.com. Pros

Good learning exposure at an early career stage (if you can tolerate the environment).

Cons

My experience at Betsoftware was unfortunately very negative. The work environment is highly toxic, driven by extreme micromanagement rather than trust or accountability. Management style relies heavily on intimidation—team members are bullied in meetings and implicitly or explicitly threatened when they try to speak up or challenge decisions. There is clear favouritism within management. Promotions and opportunities appear to be based on personal relationships rather than performance or merit, which is deeply demotivating for employees who work hard and deliver results. The constant pressure, fear-based leadership, and lack of psychological safety have a real impact on people’s health. Many employees become frequently ill or burned out due to ongoing stress. Concerns raised are not genuinely addressed, as management tends to protect one another rather than acknowledge or resolve issues. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their mental health, wellbeing, or professional growth.
