In person they're very respectful and the plant tour was amazing.

They flew me out and said the hotel was paid for, however, it was not. They said they'd reimburse me the $180, however, everytime I went to reach out they did not respond. They did not reimburse me for the Uber rides either like they said they would. Despite making it to the final round of interviews they did not have the decency to give me a call back. They went radio silent and did not respond to anything I said afterwards. I assumed I didn't get the job.
