Toxic Leadership: Insecure managers who see ambition as a threat.
Zero Career Growth: Stagnation is not just accepted; it's expected.
Punitive, Not Progressive: Your exit interview will be used against you.
Blatant Dishonesty: The job in the interview is not the job you'll do.
No Psychological Safety: Expressing dissatisfaction is a fireable offense.
HR blatantly opposes, deceives, and tries to "get one over" on employees any chance they get. This causes further employee/company tensions. Makes for toxic workplace. I don't think corporate knows what does/doesn't go on. This place is being run into failure.
