      Pros

      Not only is Bombard Mechanical the best (and Largest) mechanical sub contractor in the state of Nevada but the work atmosphere is amazing and fun. Leadership actually cares about every single employee. I can never imagine working for any other company. This is my forever home as long as they will have me.

      Pros

      Big contractor so you’re often at job sites for months-years.

      Cons

      During slow season the company looks out for their friends, and not actual good workers. Luckily I’m a friend, but the people on board are so-so in the winter.
