Pros
Depended on management at the time, Had a really good manager my time there but only really my store. The surrounding area is decent.
Cons
At the time I was working there, they did not like to have men working the registars and women working in the back with inventory and that stunted both my own advancement and the advancement of others, and because we had 'limited experience' we couldn't really argue for better pay. They also tried to keep hours at 38-39 per week going under the 40 hours that would require them to offer certain benefits. Upper management also goes off of nepotism with the top managers being related to the main owner, which can work but only if they are competent. Plus, because it was hard to keep new employees we were constantly understaffed and our work schedules kept switching from opening to closing.
